Registration Fee

*Those registering under the Companion/Spouse category may not present poster. The Companion/Spouse category must also attend with a fully registered attendee.

**For members of Asian Society of Conservation Medicine.

***For members of Chinese Society of Veterinary Science .

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions.

  • Access to Exhibition and Poster Area.

  • Conference bag and name badge.

  • Conference Program and Book of abstracts

  • Admission to the Welcome cocktail.

  • One free lunch on October 21, 2016.

  • Two free dinners, included Gala Dinner, on October 20-21 2016. (Exclude ASCM members)

  • Coffee/tea during the breaks .

  • Two free breakfasts on October 21-22,2016 for those who stay at Hsiu Chi House.

  • The registration fee does not include accommodation.

The Spouse fee includes:

  • Name badge.

  • Admission to the Welcome cocktail.

  • One free lunch on October 21, 2016.

  • Two free dinners, included Gala Dinner, on October 21-22, 2016.

  • Coffee/tea during the breaks .

  • Two free breakfasts on October 21-22,2016 for those who stay at Hsiu Chi House.

Confirmation of Registrations:

  • ​After registering online, you will receive an invoice indicating the total amount due as well as the bank account details within 48 hours. Once your payment has been received, confirmation of registration will be sent to you.

  • Please note any bank fees, including those from originating or intermediary banks, should be borne by the applicants.

  • If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name for each participant.

  • Please show your email confirmation to collect your congress documentation at the congress venue.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • ​Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • You must contact us no later than October 1, 2016, to cancel your registration for the 15th AAVS Congress.

  • For cancellation prior to September 15, 2015, the full amount paid minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded. 

  • For cancellations made after September 15, 2016, a cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied.

  • No refunds will  be given for cancellations made after October 1, 2016.

  • Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid. Send cancellation requests to aavs2016tw@gmail.com.
