INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER
All poster should be a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. The poster boards are portrail in orientation and will be numbered and placed at the Exhibition Hall of Building 3.

The poster must be no larger than A0 size: 841mm (w) x 1189mm (h).

Orientation of your poster must be portrait.

Regular paper is acceptable, as well as corflute or thicker cardboard.

Posters made up of multiple pages will not be accepted.

The poster should be easily readable at a distance of 1.5 metres.
Double sided tape and technical equipment will be avaliable for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be in the poster area to assist you.
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the Congress, during the exhibition hours. We recommend that you be near your poster during tea breaks.
The exhibition hall will be open from 15:00 to 17:30 on Thursday, 20 October and from 08:30 to 09:00 on Friday, 21 October for poster presenters to set up. Please ensure your poster is displayed prior to 09:00 on Friday, 21 October in time for the Opening of the Congress.
Poster must be removed after the program, which will be 17:30 on Saturday, 22 October. Posters not removed by the end of the teardown time will not be retained. The organisers take no responsibility for any posters that remain up after this time.
